Three simple steps:
1) Choose:
Have it your way. Choose between selecting your own cuts with the processor or selecting a predesigned package.
Custom: shares are completely customizable. Customers will work with the processor to select their specific beef cuts. You will get a call from the butcher shop to go over cuts.
Predesigned: Select from one of three predesigned packages. Product descriptions can be found in the images. All predesigned orders  are cut with 2-3 lb roasts; steaks 2 per pack, 3/4 in thick; 1 lbs ground beef packages; 1/4 lb patties. You will still get a call from the butcher shop to go over the details.
 
2) Select and Pay Deposit:
Complete the options below and pay your deposit which will be deducted from your future invoice once your beef is at the processor.
 
3) Pay and pickup:
Receive your invoice the week of pickup and follow the instructions for your selected pickup location.
