Priced at $3.55 per pound, based off of the processor's official hanging weight of the beef.  A half (side of beef) typically weighs 350 lbs. hanging. After bone and excess are trimmed, there will be about 200-250 lbs. of beef for your freezer.
This price includes the costs of processing.
